HOT RODS & GEARHEADS!

     Spent the day yesterday with our staff artist and hot rod designer Jeemy Smeeth at the Grand National Roadster Show in beautiful Pomona, CA!  Saw lots of very cool cars, met up with some old amigos that I haven't seen for years and did a little promoting for the project!  Check the links page to see Sr. Smeeth's talent!


     A few more talented roknrollers have jumped on to record a song for the CD!  The list of contributors is over 40 deep!  Just hoping they all can deliver by the April 15 deadline.  Working out the logistics to get my first band, Kevin Daly disciples & original dogpilers, The Nova Boys, all in the same town (L.A.) to record a blazing version of "Swamp Shack".


     Thanx to everyone who sent a demo or final so far!  Everything sounds great and I appreciate all yr hard "work"!  Does anyone know how to fade a song so I can offer  teasers of what's to come?


     Also, thanx to all that purchased a Grave Danger or Nova Boys or both CDs!  Every little bit helps!  If you'd just like to donate to the cause, place an order and let me know if that is yr intention and I'll put you on the list of folk to get the new music at a discounted rate.

NEW STUFF!

     Hey Dogpilers!  We've added a new CD on the store page to help get this project started!  Feel free to order both CDs for some rockin' good stuff! We have heard back from a few of the contributors on their progress and it's all coming together!  


     PHX blues legend Hans Olson has informed us that his version of "My Babe" is 90% complete!  The Pharaoh will be tracking some drums for "Hypnotized" today and Mr Steve Borick is doing some demos on a coupla tunes!

RAMPING UP!

Hey Dogpilers!  Well, the new year has begun and the drive to get this project really moving has begun!  I want to thank all the people who have agreed to help out with music, art, fotos, archives and by purchasing a CD or 2 from the STORE!


We will be promoting hard in the PHX area and here in L.A.  If anyone wants to help with this in any place that you may be, let us know!  We would love the assist!

2012! WILL THE WORLD END BEFORE....

I get to produce and release this amazing compilation?  Well, it's a new year and things will be shifting into 3rd gear here shortly.  Looking forward to getting the rest of the submissions by April 15!  So far the 10 demos/finals sound incredible!

Look for a new website to be launched sometime in March, that's where all the fun stuff will be.  New Merch, pre-sales and teasers of the songs, as well as some new art and fotos!

I've dropped the price of the Grave Danger CD on the STORE page to 5 bux!  That includes the shipping!  I know that CDs are being phased out but this is a fun LP and you'll also get the bonus Heather Rae CD that The TrailBoss played on and a Chicken & Waffles CD as long as supplies last!  Plus whatever is left in the stockyard!  Please help us out here in the Dogpile and order one or more!
